Large Financial Institution - Project Management/Project Collaboration
Business Problem: Lack of integration with custom Project Management solution and need to implement timesheet tracking.
After already having a significant investment in legacy solutions, this client saw a need to provide an integrated environment where these legacy solutions can begin to provide information to each other. Using Microsoft Enterprise Project Management and collaboration solutions, we helped provide integrated solutions to bring these legacy systems together and create a unified environment for the business users.

Business Problem: Needed a site that could dynamically create cross-references with content on the site as well as continually have self-administered site content and produce high-quality marketing biography sheets.
Maintaining a large law firm can be a difficult task. Staff consistently produce publications and being one of the largest state lawfirms, people are constantly seeking information. We helped this lawfirm create a new content-managed web site that enables non-technical users to consistently update the firm's public website, keeping publications, articles, attorney profiles, etc. current and fresh as well as enabling the ability to relate information to each other.
Franchise Organization - Templated Franchise sites/Extranet tools
Business Problem: Needed consolidation of brand image and consistency among franchise owner web sites along with mechanism to better communicate and distribute information with owners.
When an franchise organization saw the need to bring together a stronger brand image for their company, they saw a larger need to provide enabling tools to their independent franchise owners to do this. Through customized templates, the franchise organization can now assure that they have a consistent identity and brand message across all independently owned franchise operations. Additionally, creating an owner Extranet enables easier and faster communication with their owners, increasing home office communication and promoting cross-franchise idea sharing.
Large Computer Chip Manufacturer - Complete Team Collaboration
Business Problem: Lack of total collaboration environment bringing project management, meeting management, team collaboration, document versioning, messaging in one place.
In a global organization of more than 80,000 employees and product lifecycles taking up to 5 years, collaboration on teams can be long and difficult. Through implementing 6 core Microsoft platform technologies, we were able to help this organization create a larger, more organized collaboration environment for their globally dispersed team members. Using SharePoint as a core technology, employees now have a single source of information, bringing together their project management, time tracking and marketing management tools to a single "one-stop" solution to provide a more collaborative, integrated view of their product development.

Business Problem: Needed a storefront to provide to their customers of the POS system to provide direct integration and increase ROI on retail system.
Having a solid platform for a retail point-of-sale system and a large customer base using this system, this client saw an opportunity to provide a framework e-commerce solution to their clients. Realizing that each client would want to maintain their own identity and brand image, this client wanted a solid technology framework to provide their clients and not a canned web store solution. Implementing proven Microsoft commerce technologies to bridge non-Microsoft technology systems was provided in a framework that the end customers could customize specifically for their needs.
